Program Management Developmental Rotational Program | Inteva Products

The Tone:
This is a full-time developmental rotational program at Inteva Products LLC, with your final placement in Troy, MI, though temporary relocation within our US facility footprint may occur during rotations. Inteva is a global tier-one supplier of engineered components and systems for the automotive industry, formed in 2008, and focused on sustained global growth and excellent customer service. We provide top-tier competitive products such as Closure Systems, Interior Systems, and Motors & Electronics, with global resources for design, engineering, manufacturing, and customer service. This program aims to recruit outstanding students from key universities to infuse emerging talent for continued company growth. The role is designed to build a solid foundation in the business through experiential learning, preparing individuals to become effective program management professionals within our organization of 12,000 employees.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotate: Systematically move through many functional and cross-functional areas, including Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Purchasing, Commercial Finance, Production Supervision, and Program Management, to gain a comprehensive understanding of business operations.
• Develop: Acquire practical, hands-on experience across these diverse business functions within the automotive manufacturing environment, enhancing your foundational knowledge.
• Engage: Actively interact with an assigned executive sponsor to receive guidance and discuss your evolving career path and professional development.
• Collaborate: Benefit from continuous support and mentorship from a senior mentor, aiding in your growth and integration into the company culture.
• Present: Prepare and deliver presentations to Inteva’s executive staff, chaired by the President and CEO, detailing your program experiences and offering insightful recommendations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level, with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: A solid history of academic achievement with a minimum G.P.A. of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, and demonstrated ability to lead and participate in a team environment.
• Skills: Team leadership, collaboration, willingness to temporarily relocate within the company’s US facility footprint.
• Bonus: A track record of achievement through previous internships or work assignments.
