The Tone:
This is an early career 24-month rotational program at Kerry, with rotations located in Beloit, WI and Rothschild, WI. The TL;DR

• Pay: $65000–$70000 yearly
• Team: Supply Chain (teams include modeling and planning, transportation and logistics, customer care, commercialization, third-party manufacturing, transformation)
• Mission: Gain varied experiences across supply chain functions to drive business objectives, optimize operations, and enable new product commercialization.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Support: Support demand and supply planning, data integrity, and business objectives across the supply chain.
• Customer Collaboration: Work with top customers in supply management meetings and cross-functionally with manufacturing sites, quality, finance, and sales.
• Growth Initiatives: Enable and drive Go to Market Commercialization Projects and contribute to acquisition due diligence efforts to foster business growth.
• Operational Optimization: Support optimization projects and ongoing operations within key Distribution Centers.
• Performance Reporting: Report monthly on capacity, conduct supplier audits, and present data to teams and colleagues.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university in Engineering, Accounting, Applied Economics, Finance, Quantitative Business Analysis, Supply Chain, Business Operations Management, or a related field of study, with an expected graduation date between December 2026 – May 2027.
• Experience: Demonstrated advanced analytical, project management, planning, or problem-solving abilities. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Skills: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and a curious mindset.
• Bonus: Internship experience in manufacturing or logistics.
