What You’ll Actually Do
• Implementation: Oversee the execution and communication of long-term incentive policies and programs, including equity, stock options, and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), for employees within the AMS region.
• Design & Review: Contribute to the development and evaluation of long-term incentive plans and policies for the AMS region, conducting market research on leading tech and general industry companies to ensure external competitiveness and legal compliance.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with other members of the Performance & Incentives team to ensure a comprehensive total rewards package is provided to employees throughout the AMS region where required.
• Support: Carry out additional duties as assigned that are related to long-term incentives, supporting the overall function of the Performance & Incentives team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position for individuals currently completing or who have recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Marketing, or a closely related discipline.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required, given this is a graduate role. Candidates should have demonstrated experience in organizational and planning tasks, as well as the ability to present proposals to stakeholders using supporting data.
• Skills: Excellent organizational and planning abilities. Demonstrated capacity for sound judgment when analyzing data and presenting proposals to stakeholders.
• Bonus: Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills quickly within a complex and evolving environment.
