As a Client Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role on the McGriff team by supporting service and production efforts, directly contributing to the agency’s revenue and retention goals through diligent client support and processing. Your work will have a meaningful impact daily, helping to maintain and grow client relationships.

• Mission: Support overall agency revenue and retention goals by processing business, maintaining client information, and resolving client questions and issues.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support Agency Goals: Support the service and production team in reaching overall agency revenue and retention goals.
• Process Business: Process new and renewal business documentation effectively and accurately.
• Manage Client Data: Update and maintain client information diligently within the client management system.
• Address Client Needs: Address and resolve client questions and issues, escalating those of increased complexity as needed.
• Prepare Documentation: Assemble proposals and other presentations, assist in preparing new and renewal proposals, and maintain daily client processing functions such as endorsements, policies, audits, pending cancellations, and ID cards.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Demonstrated professional track record exhibiting proficiency in core skills.
• Skills:
• Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to act with responsiveness, urgency, and professionalism in all matters.
• Capacity to prioritize work, respond quickly to client requests, and accept accountability for work quality.
• Bonus:
• Insurance license.
• Five years of industry specific experience.
• LOB designations.
• College or advanced degree.
