What You’ll Actually Do
• Gain immersive finance and accounting expertise through hands-on exposure to finance, accounting, analytics, risk management, and special projects.
• Receive leadership development, training, and networking opportunities to foster professional growth and support career advancement within the organization.
• Acquire critical business acumen related to product knowledge, healthcare systems, payors, customers, regulatory environments, and business operations.
• Utilize data analytics to derive insights into business practices and the execution of the company’s global strategy.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early-career talent, current Seniors enrolled in a BS in Finance, Accountancy, or Business Analytics preferred, with all business majors (including Management, Marketing, or Economics) considered, expected to graduate prior to the June 2027 start date.
• Experience: Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, demonstrated leadership, and proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Skills: Data Analysis, Financial Analysis, Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Risk Management, Ethical Standards, Multitasking, Written Communications, Business Acumen.
• Bonus: Previous internship or work experience in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics; a GPA of 3.3 or above; and an academic focus on data analytics.
