Head of Sales – UK & Ireland | Netradyne
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Netradyne, located in the United Kingdom. Netradyne harnesses Computer Vision and Edge Computing to revolutionize the transportation ecosystem, specializing in fleet safety solutions. This senior leadership position is crucial for accelerating the company’s growth across the UK & Ireland, requiring strategic market ownership and direct involvement in key customer opportunities. You will lead and develop the sales organization, drive new customer acquisition, and strengthen Netradyne’s market position.

• Mission: Owns the sales strategy and commercial performance for the UK & Ireland, with accountability for revenue, ARR, unit growth, and market share.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategy: Own and deliver the UK & Ireland strategy, achieving revenue, ARR, unit, and market-share objectives.
• Leadership: Build, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of quota-carrying sales professionals.
• Growth: Drive new-logo acquisition, pipeline development, and expansion within strategic enterprise accounts.
• Management: Own forecasting and pipeline management, ensuring accurate visibility of performance, opportunities, and risks.
• Relationships: Build executive-level relationships with strategic customers, prospects, and partners, actively progressing complex opportunities.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Executive-level B2B enterprise sales leader with progressive sales leadership experience.
• Experience: 8+ years of sales leadership experience, including leading complex quota-carrying sales teams, with a track record of delivering against $10M+ ARR targets. Demonstrated success in new-logo acquisition and enterprise sales.
• Skills: Strong commercial discipline across forecasting, pipeline management, account planning, and sales execution. Strategic but hands-on leadership style with strong executive presence.
• Bonus: Experience in fleet management, transportation, logistics, telematics, video safety, connected vehicle technology, or SaaS. Existing relationships and market knowledge within the UK&I fleet, transportation, or telematics ecosystem.
