What You’ll Actually Do

The Must-Haves

• Experience: Candidates must be fully available to participate in a mandatory 4-week internship program, scheduled from October 19, 2026, to November 13, 2026. This is a critical component of the selection process, designed to evaluate suitability for a full-time new hire position.
• Skills: Demonstrated business-level conversational proficiency in Chinese is a prerequisite for candidates applying to Overseas Sales roles, requiring submission of an official language proficiency certificate. Similarly, business-level conversational English is mandatory for Purchasing roles, also requiring a verifiable language certificate.
• Bonus: Preferred qualifications include a relevant academic background such as Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or Economics, depending on the specific job function.
