2027 Entry Level IT Analyst | Solar Turbines

What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotation Participation: Participate in yearly rotations across various IT departments such as Market Facing Organization Information Technology, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure Services.
• Functional Assistance: Assist in diverse IT functions, including quality assurance, software development, customer support, project management, and system administration.
• Business Understanding: Interface with critical support and business roles to develop a comprehensive understanding of the technology life cycle and how IT supports the business.
• Skill Development: Begin building a strong technical foundation and acquire essential product knowledge through challenging assignments.
• Career Preparation: Prepare for a long-term technology career by gaining broad exposure, developing an enterprise perspective, and building a professional network within Solar Turbines.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor of Science Degree in STEM or Computer Science; minimum overall GPA of 2.8 on a 4.0 scale.
• Experience: 0-3 years of related experience, including previous internship or relevant work in a technology-related field; must be able and willing to relocate to San Diego, CA.
• Skills: Foundational understanding of IT domains such as quality assurance, software development, customer support, project management, and system administration.
• Bonus: Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment, strong verbal and written communication skills, good business/technical judgment, and the capacity to handle multiple priorities for various tasks.
