2027 Early Talent Risk Rotational Program | Ally

The Tone:
This is a full-time hybrid role at Ally, with an expectation of in-person work complemented by flexibility. Ally Financial is a leading digital financial services company focused on doing right by its consumer, commercial, and corporate customers. This early talent program is crucial for attracting and developing future leaders who will independently review risks and provide credible challenge to business line management within the Independent Risk Management function. The program helps individuals stretch professionally and grow their careers within financial services.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Participate: Engage in a two-year program offering two, 12-month rotational opportunities within Independent Risk Management.
• Assess: Independently review risks and provide credible challenge to business line management regarding risk and control systems.
• Develop: Enhance technical and professional competencies through a structured curriculum and designed experiences within the program.
• Explore: Gain exposure to and contribute across various risk areas, including Technology, Security, Data, Market & Liquidity, Insurance, Credit, Model, Data, AI, Technology Enablement, and Enterprise Risk.
• Support: Contribute to Ally’s commitment to building diverse teams and fostering an inclusive culture within the program.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required. This is an entry-level position designed for college graduates aiming to develop leadership ability within financial services.
• Experience: 0+ years of experience. Must be graduating between July 2026 and June 2027. Demonstrated academic success and leadership experience (campus, community, professional) is essential.
• Skills: A passion for financial services and professional growth. Eligibility to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship is required.
