What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract highly qualified healthcare professionals, ensuring a robust pipeline of talent for various roles.
• Candidate Management: Source, screen, and interview prospective candidates using a variety of recruitment tools and digital platforms, guiding them through the application and hiring process.
• Caregiver Support: Provide ongoing support and management for caregivers and field staff, ensuring successful placements and addressing any assignment-related needs or challenges.
• Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, patients, and external referral sources to understand staffing needs and identify new opportunities.
• Business Development: Proactively cultivate industry connections and networking opportunities to generate referrals and support broader business development initiatives for the company.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. An undergraduate degree is preferred in fields such as Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, Public Relations, or Healthcare Administration.
• Experience: No prior experience in recruitment is required, as this is an entry-level role designed for comprehensive training and mentorship.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication abilities, an analytical mindset coupled with a results-driven approach, and a high level of professionalism and urgency in all tasks.
