• Mission: Routinely evaluate the effectiveness of controls to mitigate risk to Ally’s enterprise risk management framework.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Work: Engage in hands-on, project-based work within the Auto Finance business line testing team, applying educational tools to real-world scenarios.
• Risk Mitigation: Support the enterprise risk management framework by assisting in the routine evaluation of control effectiveness.
• Professional Development: Participate in formal company orientation, training sessions, and an executive speaking series to enhance leadership and career growth.
• Mentorship & Networking: Connect with experienced mentors and network with peers, team members, and Ally’s leadership to learn from their successes.
• Presentation: Lead an end-of-assignment presentation to demonstrate project outcomes and acquired skills.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Rising Junior or Senior in a full-time undergraduate program during the internship period, with a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship from Ally now or in the future.
• Experience: 0+ years of professional experience, demonstrating availability for the full May 25th – July 30th, 2027 internship program duration.
• Skills: Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, coupled with demonstrated analytical thinking, collaboration, and learning agility.
• Bonus: Major/Course of Study in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
