Lead, Employee Experience – India | Mashreq

The Tone:

This role is crucial for establishing a professional and seamless employee experience, from initial onboarding to comprehensive benefits administration and precise payroll interaction, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

• Mission: Owns the end-to-end employee experience journey, ensuring seamless onboarding, compliant benefits administration, accurate record-keeping, and efficient payroll coordination.
• Tech Stack: Fusion system, Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Onboarding: Oversee the complete onboarding lifecycle, ensuring a professional introduction and providing a seamless experience for all new hires. This includes creating and maintaining new joiner profiles within the Fusion system, offering comprehensive pre and post-joining assistance to address queries, and diligently following up to collect all required documents while ensuring they meet employment standards.
• Benefits Administration: Administer a wide array of staff benefits according to policy, including personal loans, housing loan subsidies, car/two-wheeler subsidies, and shift allowances. This also involves the precise administration of the children’s education allowance policy. The role requires active collaboration with external benefits providers, such as insurance companies and meal card service providers, and maintaining accurate records to support internal and external audits effectively.
• Employee File Management: Maintain all employee files, ensuring they are consistently up-to-date and fully compliant with company policies. This involves uploading necessary documents into the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and close coordination with Crown Solutions for the management of all physical employee documents. Additionally, the role is responsible for inventory and kit management for new joiners and long service awards, alongside conducting regular audits to ensure all new joiner documents strictly adhere to established checklists.
• Payroll Coordination: Collaborate closely with payroll partners to facilitate the efficient creation of Provident Fund (PF) and Gratuity accounts for employees. This includes managing the sharing of all required supporting documents for account creation, processing invoices, and coordinating with the Finance team to ensure timely submissions. Furthermore, the role involves printing and submitting all necessary statutory documents to the relevant government offices as per regulatory requirements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Mid-senior level professional with expertise in employee experience, comprehensive HR administration, benefits management, and payroll processes.
• Experience: 6-8 years of relevant experience, specifically in managing onboarding, benefits administration, employee file management, and payroll interaction; demonstrated experience with Fusion system and Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) is required.
• Skills: Proficient in document management, policy administration, statutory compliance management, accurate record-keeping, and effective stakeholder coordination.
