Proposal Enablement Associate | Via

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Via, located in New York City with a hybrid work schedule. Via uses cutting-edge AI-powered software and innovative technology to transform transportation around the world, building modern and efficient public transportation systems. This role is crucial for improving mobility by working with senior members of the Strategy Team to deliver thoughtful, expertly prepared proposals that align Via’s unique strengths with potential partners’ transportation challenges. You will contribute to Via’s mission of creating greater access to jobs, healthcare, and education through efficient transit.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Proposal Coordination: Work closely with proposal managers to submit compliant proposals to potential partners.
• Compliance & Review: Coordinate with Via’s Legal and Finance teams to review and address detailed regulatory, financial, and compliance requirements for proposals.
• Knowledge Management: Lead and support the continuous maintenance and improvement of documentation, processes, and knowledge management systems.
• Opportunity Management: Drive top-of-the-funnel opportunity review processes, including facilitating go/no go recommendations and managing agendas for executive discussions.
• Stakeholder Communication: Skillfully manage communications across internal teams and external partners involved in the proposal process.

• Background: Entry-Level. A professional with an analytical mindset and critical thinking skills, demonstrating strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Experience: Ability to independently own projects, creatively address complex administrative challenges, and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Skills: Analytical thinking, critical thinking, organizational skills, keen attention to detail, strong communication.
• Bonus: Notary public commission.
