The Tone:
This is a full-time, in-office role within Bank of America’s Global Operations Military Development Program, with required presence in Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; or Jacksonville, FL. • Team: Supports the Line of Business through a two-year rotational program, collaborating with teammates and partners.
• Mission: To support Line of Business initiatives and strategies, executing tactical plans to achieve strategic objectives within a corporate environment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Cultivate effective relationships with internal and external partners relevant to the business.
• Manage diverse duties and tasks, adapting to varying workloads and business needs.
• Contribute to project management, data management, statistical analysis, and reporting activities.
• Engage actively in all scheduled Military Development Program events.
• Participate in significant projects that can impact clients and associates.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Served as a Junior Military Officer, Warrant Officer, or Non-commissioned Officer in the U.S. Military with an honorable discharge. Holds a 3.0 grade point average or greater from an accredited college or university.
• Experience: Within 24 months of separation from Active Duty, or currently drilling National Guard/Reservist. Possesses leadership capabilities, including the ability to coach others effectively. Exhibits strong analytical abilities to interpret and act on data. Builds robust team relationships through clear and effective communication and collaborative efforts. Demonstrates a strong capacity to apply new learnings and adapt to evolving information and situations.
