What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategic Planning: Support annual and quarterly strategic planning by defining business priorities, objectives, and measurable outcomes.
• Execution Planning: Partner with leadership to translate business vision into execution plans, operating models, and accountability structures.
• Data Analysis: Analyze market, competitive, customer, and financial data to identify growth opportunities and execution gaps.
• Executive Communication: Develop concise, executive-ready presentations, business cases, and investment recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Operational Management: Establish and manage the business operating cadence, including leadership reviews, performance dashboards, and action tracking.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Strategy, or a related field; early-career professional with relevant experience.
• Experience: Relevant experience in strategy, business planning, portfolio management, operations, consulting, finance, or a business leadership support function.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, excellent executive communication, presentation, project management, and organizational skills, and demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority across diverse cultures and functions.
• Bonus: MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline, experience in technology services such as consulting or digital workplace solutions, familiarity with financial modeling and business case development, or experience building repeatable planning frameworks.
