What You’ll Actually Do
• Analysis: Provide financial analysis services to various assigned departments within the Finance organization.
• Planning: Prepare long-range plans, annual budgets, strategic assessments, investment analysis, and forecasts, while also reviewing actual operational results.
• Support: Provide analytical support to senior management for key decisions, including capital budgeting and pricing analyses.
• Efficiency: Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost savings within functional areas, present these to leadership, and assist in their implementation.
• Benchmarking: Develop benchmarks to evaluate the prioritization, relative efficiencies, and portfolio management of the functional areas.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in the final year of an MBA program, scheduled to graduate no later than summer 2027, with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Experience: Three or more years of experience performing complex financial modeling.
• Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong oral and written communication skills, excellent social skills with the ability to interact across all levels of management, strong leadership ability, and a great teammate.
• Bonus: Experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or health care industry.
