AI Transformation Specialist – Global Future Leaders Program (2027) | Lenovo
The Tone:
This is a full-time role within Lenovo’s Global Future Leaders Program, with a hybrid work model likely based out of Morrisville, NC, United States. What You’ll Actually Do
• Use Case Identification: Support the identification, collection, and initial prioritization of AI and digital transformation use cases across GICS teams.
• Business Requirements: Work with business stakeholders to understand process pain points, capture improvement opportunities, and document AI use case ideas.
• Transformation Coordination: Help coordinate AI transformation activities such as workshops, planning discussions, and community sharing sessions.
• Initiative Tracking: Track the progress of AI initiatives, including status updates, risks, and lessons learned, and prepare regular updates for leadership.
• Solution Development: Develop “quick win” AI applications for proofs-of-concept to demonstrate potential business outcomes.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent graduate or early-career professional with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree, demonstrating strong interest in AI, digital transformation, business operations, or process improvement.
• Experience: Experience building AI applications, coupled with foundational knowledge of AI, Generative AI, or automation technologies.
• Skills: Strong analytical thinking, good communication and collaboration skills, the ability to understand business processes and document needs, and good organizational skills.
• Bonus: Basic experience or willingness to learn Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Forms, or Power Automate; exposure to AI adoption, change management, or community building initiatives; and an awareness of responsible AI principles and data governance.
