What You’ll Actually Do
• Retail Engagement: Drive End User Sales and Engagement within retail stores by conducting store presentations for Key Decision Makers, training store associates, and performing daily Job Site Visits.
• End User Development: Engage with professional end users by learning the process of End User Development, including identifying contacts and understanding purchasing processes, while aligning efforts with local market teams, product managers, distributors, and service centers.
• Sales Operational Support: Provide operational and analytical assistance to sales teams by tracking and resolving issues related to pricing, product quality, shipments, and merchandising, and by analyzing promotion and program effectiveness.
• Sales Strategic Support: Coordinate with marketing and field teams to execute and monitor merchandising initiatives, manage promotional funds, plan advertising materials, develop training resources, and oversee sales technology platforms and demo tool inventory systems to maximize sales and profitability.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Communications, Psychology, Business, or a related major, with a passion for a long-term career in Sales, Channel, and Brand Management.
• Experience: Recent graduates or early career professionals with less than 2 years of professional experience, including prior sales internship or co-op experience.
• Skills: Ability to analyze Power BI and Salesforce data to develop strategic growth plans; strong product and market knowledge to drive sales; highly effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication to partner with stakeholders; understanding and knowledge of IT Business systems (BW, Salesforce.com, Tool Commerce) and Microsoft Applications.
• Bonus: Demonstrates promotional and event success using creativity and problem solving.
