Management Trainee, Pathfinder Global Initiative | LESSO

The Tone:
This is a full-time Management Trainee position at LESSO, located in a US metropolitan area familiar to the candidate. LESSO is a global leader in piping solutions, operating across multiple sectors including building materials, home furnishings, and new energy, with a sales revenue of USD 3.6 billion in 2025. This role is a key component of the Pathfinder Global Initiative, a program designed to cultivate future international leaders instrumental in LESSO’s worldwide expansion. The initiative aims to transform the company into a truly Global LESSO by establishing new sales presences in diverse international markets.

The TL;DR
• Role: Management Trainee
• Type: Full-time
• Location: In-person, a US metropolitan area (within a four-hour drive from a LESSO America warehouse)

• Mission: To be trained as a sales manager who will establish, develop, and lead LESSO’s local business operations in a designated US metropolitan area.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Training: Be trained in China for six weeks as part of the Pathfinder Global Initiative program.
• Product Mastery: Rapidly master the full range of LESSO products within a short period of time.
• Business Development: Leverage the resources of the LESSO Group to develop local business initiatives in your assigned metropolitan area.
• Sales Management: Return to your specified US metropolitan area to serve as a sales manager upon successful graduation from the training program.
• Leadership: Lead LESSO’s local operations in your metropolitan area and manage a team of approximately 10 individuals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Familiarity with a US metropolitan area, particularly one within a four-hour drive of a LESSO warehouse.
• Experience: Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Skills: Proficient in Chinese; eagerness to learn new concepts and products quickly; excellent problem-solving skills; demonstrated potential to lead operations and manage a local team.
• Bonus: Holding a degree from a university located within the candidate’s familiar metropolitan area.
