What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotations: Rotate through different departments to gain an immersive understanding of the business from a leadership perspective.
• Sales: Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services, fostering strong customer relationships.
• Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Analysis: Analyze sales data and contribute to making informed business decisions that impact operations.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with key leaders on various projects focused on improving sales management and operational efficiency.
• Development: Participate in professional development opportunities, including access to Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals focused on developing leadership capabilities and understanding core business operations.
• Experience: No specific years of professional experience are required. Qualified candidates must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs, including possessing an active driver’s license, being at least 21 years of age, obtaining a DOT medical certification, and providing documentation regarding previous employment.
• Skills: Leadership development, business operations understanding, outside sales proficiency, customer relationship management, data analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bonus: Preferred qualifications include co-op or internship experience in Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative roles; a business or related academic major; and a leadership or management role on campus or in related extracurricular activities. Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program is also preferred.
