What You’ll Actually Do
• Deliver high-quality corporate legal services, with a specific focus on supporting indirect real estate and investment structures.
• Lead complex corporate transactions, drawing on experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, and group restructurings.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term trusted relationships as an integral part of dedicated client teams.
• Engage actively in business development initiatives, with full backing from the sector team, to secure and drive transactions.
• Collaborate closely with partners, directors, and colleagues across the team to foster a supportive and high-performing environment.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior / Principal Associate career level, with a strong foundation in corporate law embedded in the real estate sector.
• Experience: Experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, group restructurings, and corporate (indirect) real estate transactions, joint ventures, and funds.
• Skills: Strong technical ability and meticulous attention to detail; confidence and ability to lead transactions; commercially astute with sound judgment; commitment to outstanding client service and a drive to excel; collaborative, team-oriented, and skilled in relationship building.
• Bonus: Good knowledge of LP, LLP, and JPUT structures, or a keen interest in developing deeper sector knowledge (training provided).
