Finance Leadership Program 2027 Cohort | Carrier

The Tone:
This is an early career, full-time rotational program at Carrier, located across various U.S. states including Florida, North Carolina, and Indiana. Carrier Global Corporation is a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, creating innovations that bring comfort, safety, and sustainability to life through advancements in temperature control, air quality, and transportation. This program is designed to expose associates to Carrier’s segments and finance functions at a New York Stock Exchange traded company, building a strong network and developing analytical and communication skills essential for a successful career.

The TL;DR

• Location: Rotational, various U.S. states (Florida, North Carolina, Indiana, or others)
• Pay: $53000–$106000 yearly
• Team: Program Cohort reporting to program leadership and mentors
• Mission: To develop future finance leaders by providing rotational exposure to Carrier’s global finance functions and segments.
• Tech Stack: Excel, PowerPoint

What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotate: Gain exposure to multiple segments and finance functions, which may include Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Operations Finance, and Investor Relations.
• Collaborate: Work with other Finance Leadership Program associates globally and engage with leadership programs across other functional areas within Carrier.
• Develop: Acquire analytical and communication skills while fostering an appreciation for teamwork and leadership within a culture that values ethics, environment, and financial performance.
• Learn: Participate in a continuing educational focus throughout the rotational experience, which includes trainings, events, and various case studies.
• Mentor: Receive guidance and support from program alumni and executives to aid in professional growth and career development at Carrier.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
• Experience: Less than one year full-time professional work experience; Must be a Fall 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027 graduate to start in mid-June 2027.
• Skills: GPA greater than or equal to 3.0; geographical mobility and ability to relocate at most yearly for rotations; eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship; willingness to travel 5%.
• Bonus: Master’s degree in Accounting, Business or Finance; leadership roles in extracurricular organizations or part-time job while in school; comfortability with potential to move every year; excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; efficient PC skills in Excel & PowerPoint; strong time management/organization/ability to multi-task.
