• Team: Rotations across Finance, Internal Communications, Digital, and Innovation Engineering

What You’ll Actually Do
• Contribute: Directly contribute to a more sustainable future through safer and cleaner energy initiatives.
• Rotate: Participate in a 2-year program with rotations every six months in different functional areas.
• Lead: Lead high-impact projects that transform the future of energy.
• Develop: Engage in local and global training opportunities to develop technical skills and behavioral competencies.
• Collaborate: Gain global exposure to senior leaders and participate in an internal mentoring program.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. Career level: Entry-Level.
• Experience: Graduation from a bachelor’s degree program between May 2024 and December 2026 (inclusive).
• Skills: Advanced/fluent English.
