• Mission: This role supports the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, including warranties, aftermarkets, and car deals.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Functions: Manage routine accounting functions.
• Processing: Process and submit all warranties and aftermarkets, including cancellations.
• Reconciliation: Maintain and reconcile accounting schedules.
• Deal Support: Support the processing of car deals.
• Approval: Verify vouchers and secure necessary payment approvals.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. General knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Experience: Automotive experience required.
• Skills: Exceptional written & oral communication skills, ability to multi-task, positive attitude.
• Bonus: Bilingual preferred (English and Spanish).
