What You’ll Actually Do
• Collaborate with clients to solve real-world business challenges through technology, innovation, and consulting.
• Help organizations transform how they attract, develop, manage, and empower their workforce using technology-enabled business solutions.
• Support clients across various industries, including healthcare, financial services, retail, manufacturing, and government sectors.
• Gain hands-on experience from day one by working on real client projects.
• Work side-by-side with experienced consultants and technology specialists to address business challenges.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, IS, or a related field. Foundational understanding of business processes, workforce management, human resources, or organizational effectiveness concepts.
• Experience: Currently completing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree. Practical experience gained through academic projects, internships, case competitions, student organizations, or research.
• Skills: Understanding of how technology can improve employee experiences, workforce operations, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, process improvement, or business problem-solving concepts. High interest in skills-based workforce planning, talent development, employee experience, or workforce transformation. Awareness of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence and automation, and their impact on the future of work.
• Bonus: Exposure to HR technology, talent management, workforce operations, or enterprise applications through academic, personal, or internship experiences. Familiarity with Human Capital Management (HCM), workforce analytics, business process optimization, cloud-based HR platforms, or organizational transformation initiatives. Interest in Workday, workforce transformation, Artificial Intelligence, consulting, and continuous learning.
