Strategy & Operations Analyst | Charlie Health

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Charlie Health, located in New York City, requiring four days a week in the office. Charlie Health delivers personalized, virtual behavioral health treatment for mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and eating disorders, focusing on complex needs. This role is crucial for driving the organization’s national expansion by optimizing how Outreach teams are structured and deployed, directly increasing access to meaningful behavioral healthcare.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Territory Management: Own territory mapping and book building for the Outreach team, ensuring rep coverage is structured thoughtfully and deployed effectively.
• Workforce Planning: Partner with Outreach leadership and Talent Acquisition to support workforce planning decisions, aligning hiring with growth priorities.
• Account Optimization: Support account assignment, regional reshuffling, and rep coverage changes as the organization evolves.
• Analytical Tool Development: Build and maintain analyses and planning tools related to TAM, hiring strategy, capacity planning, and market expansion.
• Operational Improvement: Help improve territory mapping, workforce planning, and book-building processes through scalable operational enhancements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree; Entry-Level career level. Focus on analytical or strategic roles in a business setting.
• Experience: 0–1 years of full-time work experience; relevant internship experience in a start-up, consulting, or investment banking setting strongly preferred.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, listening, and relationship-building skills; highly analytical, with an ability to construct research and data-driven recommendations; resourceful with a natural ability to problem solve; meticulous attention to detail; Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Bonus: Experience with SQL and/or Tableau.
