Digital Rotational Analyst – May 2027 Grads | Charter Manufacturing

The Tone:
This is a full-time rotational role at Charter Manufacturing, located in Mequon, WI (hybrid). Charter Manufacturing is a fourth-generation family-owned business where the will to grow drives continuous improvement. This two-year program is designed to accelerate professional growth and build a strong foundation in both Digital Technology and business operations, allowing new graduates to make a meaningful impact and explore various facets of Digital Technology across the organization.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Support Digital professionals in executing project work and day-to-day responsibilities within each rotation to build foundational skills.
• Participate: Participate in and complete projects both individually and with cross-functional teams to develop core IT skills, business acumen, systems & process familiarity, and organizational relationships.
• Learn: Learn and grow foundational business skills, including professional presence, teamwork, presentation skills, project management, conflict management, emotional intelligence, and safety training.
• Build: Build technical skills through targeted training within Digital functions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or a related field for May 2027 graduates.
• Experience: Information Technology, general business internship, or related experience; prior experience participating in a team environment; excellent academic record with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Skills: Demonstrated communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; high level of initiative for excellence, results, and process improvement; strong interpersonal skills to work with individuals at all levels within the business; capability to travel in the greater Milwaukee area as project load requires.
• Bonus: Experience with programming languages (Python, Java, C++) and/or web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript); familiarity with databases and data management (SQL); understanding of networking concepts and cybersecurity principles.
