The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Hilton Worldwide, located in Seychelles (Republic of). The company delivers exceptional hospitality experiences across its global portfolio. This role is crucial for leading the marketing and communications efforts for three distinct luxury and lifestyle properties, shaping their brand identities, driving impactful campaigns, and elevating their presence across all channels and markets while maintaining individual brand positioning within a unified cluster strategy.

• Mission: Lead comprehensive marketing and communications across three distinct Hilton properties, ensuring brand integrity and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Multi-Brand Strategy: Develop and safeguard distinct brand identities, voice, and reputation for Waldorf Astoria Seychelles Platte Island, Mango House Seychelles, and Canopy by Hilton Seychelles, ensuring alignment with their respective brand standards.
• Integrated Marketing: Design and execute integrated marketing strategies across the cluster that drive visibility, engagement, and revenue growth for each individual property.
• Communications & PR Leadership: Serve as the primary lead for all internal and external communications, media relations, and public relations initiatives across all three properties within the cluster.
• Data-Driven Coordination: Leverage analytics and market insights to inform decision-making, measure return on investment, and align marketing calendars, campaigns, and resources across properties for maximum efficiency.
• Team & Creative Oversight: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing and communications team while providing creative direction to ensure content is relevant, consistent, and aligned with specific brand standards.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field with progressive leadership experience in marketing and communications at a Director level.
• Experience: Minimum of seven years of leadership experience in marketing and communications, ideally within a multi-property or cluster hospitality environment. Demonstrated success in brand development and execution of high-impact multi-channel campaigns across multiple brands or properties, including digital, public relations, social media, and events.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong public speaking capability. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities for data-driven decision making, and proven stakeholder management skills to engage effectively with senior leadership across multiple properties.
• Bonus: Familiarity with luxury and lifestyle hospitality brands, particularly within the Hilton portfolio, is an advantage.
