What You’ll Actually Do
• Recruit: Identify and connect with talented professionals through networking, referrals, and recruiting platforms.
• Assess: Conduct conversations with candidates to understand their experience, career goals, and potential fit.
• Network: Build lasting relationships with professionals across specialized industries.
• Support: Present qualified candidates and guide clients throughout the hiring process.
• Manage: Utilize recruiting technology and CRM tools to organize candidate pipelines and activity.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level professional with an interest in recruiting, sales, business development, or consulting.
• Experience: No prior recruiting experience is required.
• Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills; a self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset; confidence speaking with professionals at different career levels; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; curiosity, resilience, and a willingness to learn.
• Bonus: An interest in building a long-term career in recruiting and executive search; a bachelor’s degree is preferred; experience gained through internships, part-time jobs, customer service, sales, sports and athletics, leadership roles, or campus involvement is valued.
