What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting: Assist the Controller and leadership with essential financial reporting and analysis.
• Data Preparation: Prepare accurate monthly statistical and expense reports.
• Project Support: Support the preparation of budgets and contribute to special financial projects.
• Data Integrity: Maintain the accuracy and integrity of all financial documentation.
• Operational Collaboration: Collaborate with leadership to support broader operational excellence.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an entry-level career position in accounting or a related financial support function.
• Experience: Requires strong proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications, including an ability to manage and manipulate data efficiently for reporting and analysis.
• Skills: Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities, critical for maintaining the accuracy of financial records and efficiently managing multiple tasks and projects.
• Bonus: An Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in an accounting or finance-related field is preferred.
