What You’ll Actually Do
• Audit: Sharpen analytical skills by auditing client financials, transactions, and internal control processes.
• Collaborate: Work independently and with diverse audit professionals to deliver exceptional client service.
• Utilize Technology: Apply audit tools and technologies, including advanced analytics, data visualizations, and process flow automation, to analyze client data.
• Engage: Participate as a team member on diverse client engagements across various industries, including benefit plan audits.
• Learn: Take initiative and seek on-the-job learning opportunities within a collaborative team culture focused on quality.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level role for individuals pursuing a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s in Accounting or a similar degree, scheduled to meet educational requirements for CPA eligibility.
• Experience: Relevant work experience, such as internships, summer positions, or school jobs, is required. Experience with data analytics is strongly desired.
• Skills: Proficient with Excel, strong academic credentials, demonstrated leadership, problem-solving abilities, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments both independently and in a team environment.
• Bonus: Desire to travel and availability to work or travel evenings or weekends if needed.
