2027 Management Accelerator Program (Multiple Locations) | Aramark

The Tone:
This is a full-time, entry-level leadership role at Aramark, located in multiple client sites across the United States. Aramark proudly serves millions of guests every day through food and facilities services in 15 countries around the world. This program is designed to develop the next generation of field operations leaders, empowering recent graduates to manage people and operations from day one and grow into multi-unit and regional operations management.

• Team: Operations Associate within Aramark’s Management Accelerator Program (MAP), reporting to a General or District Manager.
• Mission: Lead people and manage operations at client sites, ensuring quality standards, compliance, and efficiency are consistently met.

What You’ll Actually Do
• People Leadership: Supervise frontline team members on assigned shifts, including scheduling, coaching, and performance feedback, while fostering an inclusive, safety-first work environment.
• Operations Management: Assist in the day-to-day operations of an assigned unit or client site, ensuring quality standards, compliance, and efficiency are consistently met.
• Financial Contribution: Support inventory management, cost controls, and vendor coordination, contributing to financial performance goals including labor management and food/supply cost.
• Client Site Support: Support the execution of special events, promotions, or service changes as directed by leadership.
• Professional Development: Actively participate in all MAP development programming, engage with an assigned mentor, and build relationships within your cohort and broader network.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree completed prior to program start; preferred fields include Hospitality, Operations Management, Culinary Arts, Food Service Management, Facilities Management, Business, or related fields.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership experience through internships, campus involvement, or prior work experience; must be graduating between December 2026 and August 2027.
• Skills: Strong verbal, written, and professional communication skills; willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by operations; must be eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
