What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Participation: Participate in structured development programs designed to build technical, business, and leadership capabilities.
• Assignment Completion: Complete rotational assignments, formal training, and hands-on learning experiences, depending on program placement.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and strategic objectives.
• Expertise Development: Develop expertise through project ownership, mentorship, and exposure to senior leaders.
• Solution Contribution: Analyze business challenges and contribute innovative solutions that improve customer outcomes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Recently graduated or actively pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, or a related field; Entry-Level.
• Experience: U.S. work authorization required.
• Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills; Demonstrated initiative, leadership potential, and a willingness to learn; Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Bonus: Prior internship, co-op, research, campus leadership, or relevant work experience; Interest in pursuing a career in engineering, sales, finance, accounting, supply chain, or operations; Geographic flexibility based on program and business needs.
