• Team: Operating within the First Aid and Safety organization, you will work closely with experienced managers, gaining insights across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management.
• Mission: To develop leadership skills and gain comprehensive, hands-on experience across Cintas’ core business operations, preparing you for significant career advancement and management responsibilities within the company.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Department Rotations: Rotate through various departments including Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management, immersing yourself in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Drive Sales Initiatives: Engage in outside sales activities to promote Cintas products and services while actively building and nurturing customer relationships.
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and efficiently resolving customer issues.
• Inform Business Strategy: Analyze sales data and assist in interpreting findings to contribute to making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate on Operational Projects: Work closely with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and enhancing operational efficiency within the company.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position requiring a Bachelor’s degree, or obtaining one within six months of hire.
• Experience: No specific years of prior experience are required for this role.
• Skills: Must possess an active driver’s license to fulfill job responsibilities.
• Bonus: Preferred qualifications include co-op or internship experience in customer service, sales, production, or administrative roles; an academic major in business or a related field; a leadership/management role on campus or in related extracurricular activities; and a willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program.
