• Mission: Ensure incoming payments are accurately applied to customer accounts and support the day-to-day operations of the AR team in a global context.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Processing: Process and accurately apply incoming payments (bank transfers and credit cards) to customer accounts.
• Resolution: Help identify and resolve payment discrepancies or unmatched transactions effectively.
• Reporting: Assist with daily reporting of cash received and provide support for month-end reconciliations.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate customer account data within Excel and internal systems.
• Collaboration: Support communication with internal departments such as Treasury and Sales regarding payment queries.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level professional with some experience in a finance, admin, or customer service role.
• Experience: Practical experience gained through internships or work placements is welcome.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, comfortable using Excel, a proactive and collaborative attitude, and good communication skills.
• Bonus: Basic understanding of accounting principles, knowledge of SAP.
