What You’ll Actually Do
• Contribute: Directly contribute to a more sustainable future by working on initiatives focused on safer and cleaner energy, aligning with AES’s dedication to powering a sustainable future.
• Lead: Lead high-impact projects, leveraging an innovative mindset to influence strategic decisions and actively transform the future of energy.
• Develop: Participate in a structured 2-year accelerated development program, featuring rotations every six months across different areas within the organization.
• Network: Gain global exposure through interactions with senior leaders across the company and explore potential opportunities to be part of cross-functional projects throughout the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
• Mentor: Benefit from an internal mentoring program specifically designed to support professional development and career growth, alongside local and global training opportunities for technical and behavioral competencies.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree program, Entry-Level. This program targets individuals who are early in their careers, specifically those graduating between May 2024 and December 2026.
• Experience: No prior professional experience is strictly required, but applicants must have completed a bachelor’s degree program within the specified timeframe (May 2024 to December 2026, inclusive).
• Skills: Proficiency in English at an advanced or fluent level is essential for effective communication in local and global contexts.
