• Collaborate with business units to create valuable, innovative technology solutions.
• Gain direct experience within the energy industry across Commercial, Midstream, Refining, Marketing, and Lubricants businesses.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the job posting country and currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Analytics & Statistics, Cybersecurity, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or an equivalent field of study, with an expected graduation in Winter 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027.
• Experience: Previous internship or co-op participation in a related industry or with Phillips 66 is preferred.
• Bonus: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Willingness to be mobile and work in any of our operating locations is also preferred.
