The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Moxa, located in Brea, CA (Hybrid Position). Moxa enables connectivity for the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), driven by values of integrity, customer focus, execution, and teamwork. This program is designed for recent engineering graduates to apply technical knowledge in customer-facing roles, providing foundational training and hands-on experience across technical sales, product marketing, and applications engineering tracks. Successful participants will transition into one of these paths, contributing to reliable industrial networking solutions.

• Mission: Apply technical knowledge in customer-facing roles within industrial networking and automation, ultimately transitioning into a Technical Sales, Product Marketing, or Applications Engineer path.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Training: Develop a strong technical foundation through Moxa’s structured training program on products, solutions, and applications.
• Customer Engagement: Support customer engagement by preparing demos, proofs of concept, and technical presentations.
• Strategic Partnership: Partner with Sales Engineers on strategic accounts to understand customer challenges and propose solutions.
• Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Marketing on messaging, positioning, and sales enablement materials.
• Applications Support: Provide applications support to customers and sales teams, ensuring successful adoption of Moxa solutions.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical field. This is an early-career program for recent engineering graduates.
• Experience: Strong technical foundation with an interest in customer-facing career paths (sales, product marketing, applications engineering).
• Skills: Understanding of Ethernet networking fundamentals (wired and wireless); troubleshooting experience with Windows or Linux systems; strong communication and presentation skills; team-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn.
• Bonus: Prior project management, business planning, or leadership experience.
