• Mission: Ensure accurate and timely financial operations by managing daily, weekly, and monthly accounting tasks, general ledger responsibilities, and financial reporting.
• Tech Stack: Advanced Excel, Sage Intacct (as a plus)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Close: Support the financial close process, including preparing journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Intercompany & Balance Sheet: Perform intercompany transactions and conduct balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Fixed Assets: Maintain the fixed asset ledger, manage depreciation schedules, and complete related reconciliations.
• Accounts Payable: Process accounts payable invoices and execute weekly check runs accurately and on time.
• Vendor Reporting: Manage 1099 vendor information and oversee year-end reporting requirements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1+ year of accounting experience.
• Skills: Advanced Excel skills, strong analytical abilities, detail-oriented, accurate, ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines, and capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
• Bonus: Experience with Sage Intacct.
