The Tone:

Allianz Technology of America (ATA) is hiring for its June 2027 TechSTART cohort, a 1-year rotation-based program designed to immerse associates in diverse hands-on projects and real-time training. This program offers a critical opportunity to gain exposure to various IT functions, key business partners, and company leaders, paving the way for potential permanent placement upon successful completion.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Explore: Gain exposure to products, skills, and technologies, including AI, utilized across a global IT enterprise and investigate projects and initiatives within multiple IT Departments.
• Collaborate: Work with project teams and business stakeholders to identify requirements for technology needs.
• Develop: Assist with the development of solutions to technology requirements, including designing and developing applications to support business needs.
• Analyze: Conduct needs assessments, feasibility studies, and analysis, and create comprehensive process documentation.
• Test: Create test requirements and execute test cases, ensuring timely communication of milestones and risks to key stakeholders.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Four-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited degree program preferred, with strong encouragement for majors in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related fields.
• Experience: 0 – 1 years’ experience recommended; relevant technical and business work experience is valued.
• Skills: Ability to identify requirements, assist in solution development, conduct analysis, create process documentation, and design/develop applications. Exposure to or understanding of areas like Application Development, Database Development, IT Security, IT Quality Assurance, and Cloud/DevOps.
• Bonus: Related internship experience preferred, and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
