What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Management: Validate loan-level data, perform pre and post transfer audits, and ensure complete documentation and image delivery within servicing operations.
• Operational Problem Solving: Investigate root causes for detected operational issues and provide recommendations to leadership for business and process changes.
• Leadership Development: Perform assigned duties under direction of experienced personnel to gain knowledge and experience required for promotion, including decisioning in real-world account management scenarios.
• Cross-Functional Training: Receive training and perform duties across several functions to become familiar with line and staff operations, management viewpoints, and company policies.
• Process Improvement: Champion the Process Improvement discipline within the organization, helping to implement the steps and tools necessary to successfully complete projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, indicating an entry-level career stage.
• Experience: This program is designed for recent college graduates, providing hands-on experience and mentorship; therefore, no prior professional experience is required.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task effectively under pressure, and a collaborative mindset for contributing to business strategies.
• Bonus: A degree in Business Administration or Data Analytics, and experience with PowerPoint and Visio.
