What You’ll Actually Do
• Participate: Actively engage in rotations related to manufacturing, customer service, planning, maintenance, environmental, safety, sales, and front-line supervision.
• Lead: Spearhead special projects and develop solutions for safety, process improvement, quality, capacity balance, workflow, planning, and logistics issues.
• Drive Improvement: Lead teams of manufacturing personnel and facilitate task teams to address performance gaps using manufacturing reliability tools.
• Support Operations: Assist in plant operations, troubleshooting, process improvement, and equipment upgrades to achieve facility objectives.
• Coach & Train: Coach, train, and engage employees on process improvement methodologies and their direct impact on business results.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or Business, for a leadership development associate position.
• Experience: Targeting 2+ years of previous experience with a manufacturing company.
• Skills: Leadership skills to command a team, process management skills to drive results, the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, and strong communication skills for a collaborative manufacturing environment.
