The Tone:
This is a full-time, rotational role with initial placements in Bloomfield, MO; Crete, NE; or Clinton, IA, requiring openness to relocation across any of Nestlé Purina’s 24 U.S. manufacturing sites. • Mission: Develop future leaders for manufacturing operations by providing comprehensive rotational experience across various functions related to pet food production.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Immersion: Discover a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures to plan and accomplish goals through experience and discernment.
• Safety Leadership: Practice personal safety and serve as an example to the organization in terms of employee safety and protection of company assets.
• Production Oversight: Lead and oversee the execution of daily production schedules within the manufacturing facility.
• Resource Management: Ensure the continuous flow of materials, parts, and other necessary resources for plant-wide production.
• Efficiency Improvement: Plan and execute methods designed to improve overall efficiency in production processes.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain strict compliance with approved methods and established quality standards in all production activities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business Management, or a related discipline attained or expected by June 2027.
• Experience: No specific years required, but must be open to relocation to any of Nestlé Purina’s 24 manufacturing sites across the U.S.
• Skills: Operational leadership, production planning and execution, resource flow management, process improvement methodologies, quality standard compliance, safety leadership.
• Bonus: Prior internship, co-op, practicum, or manufacturing experience preferred; involvement in student organizations and/or other leadership experience preferred.
