What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Participation: Participate in the Career Accelerator Program (CAP) to receive professional and technical training and resources, accelerating integration into the company.
• Strategic Partnership: Work with leaders across the company to assess human resources needs and develop innovative solutions that drive organizational excellence.
• Role Exploration: Explore both HR business partner functions and specialist roles such as recruiting, compensation, development, and employee relations through various job assignments.
• Market Analysis: Analyze Texas Instruments’ market competitiveness and develop communication strategies to enhance leadership effectiveness and improve recruiting efforts.
• Talent Management: Identify high-potential talent, implement targeted development plans, and plan for the company’s long-term talent requirements.

• Background: Entry-Level, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or Liberal Arts.
