The Tone:

What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Validation: Validate loan-level data for accuracy and completeness.
• Auditing: Perform pre and post transfer audits to ensure compliance and quality.
• Issue Resolution: Investigate root causes for detected operational issues and propose solutions.
• Business Analysis: Conduct analyses and provide recommendations to leadership for business and process improvements.
• Process Improvement: Champion process improvement discipline within the organization and implement necessary steps and tools for project completion.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position for recent college graduates holding a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience: Designed for recent college graduates to gain practical, hands-on experience and mentorship in servicing operations.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task under pressure, and adaptability.
• Bonus: A degree in Business Administration or Data Analytics is preferred, and experience with PowerPoint and Visio is a plus.
