What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Participation: Engage in a two-year rotational development program that offers in-depth, hands-on experience with different facets of the end-to-end project lifecycle.
• Financial Controlling: Forecast project revenue, cost, and cash flow, and manage key financial metrics and project deliverables to ensure accurate financial controlling.
• Project Lifecycle Management: Apply the PM@Siemens process to project management, including contract review, pricing, customer interfacing during bidding, and managing claims and change order calculations during execution.
• Operational Exposure: Work in areas such as manufacturing, procurement, and logistics to understand the operational side of project management.
• Risk and Opportunity Management: Handle and forecast project cash, manage risks, and identify opportunities to drive project success.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or a similar field. This program is designed for individuals beginning their professional careers and candidates must complete their educational credentials before the July 2027 start date.
• Location Flexibility: Be willing and able to relocate every six months for rotation assignments across various Siemens hubs within the United States. Relocation assistance will be provided for moves over 50 miles.
• Domain Familiarity: Demonstrate familiarity and comprehension of core business areas including finance, accounting, procurement, manufacturing, contract review, logistics, negotiations, and strategy.
• Work Authorization: Hold legal authorization to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without requiring company sponsorship.
