What You’ll Actually Do

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in any major, on track to graduate in Spring 2027. This is an entry-level career opportunity.
• Experience: No specific prior work experience is required, but candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Skills: Proficiency with MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential, along with current authorization to work in the United States with no restrictions.
• Bonus: A preferred GPA of 3.3 or above, a desire to positively impact the broader community, demonstrated leadership potential, an entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter capabilities, an enjoyment of storytelling through data, the ability to move concepts into action, a desire to make an immediate impact, strong teamwork skills, respect for diversity of thought and experiences, intellectual curiosity, and project management skills are all valued.
