HR Associate | Molson Coors Beverage Company

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Molson Coors, located in Longueuil, Quebec. Molson Coors is transforming the beverage industry with a diverse portfolio of beer, seltzers, spirits, and non-alcohol brands. This role is crucial for supporting human resources, culture, and employee engagement initiatives within the Quebec Supply Chain, ensuring a thriving and productive workforce.

• Pay: $62000–$81400 yearly
• Team: Reports to the Senior Human Resources Manager and works with the Quebec Supply Chain Human Resources team.
• Mission: To support and optimize HR operations, employee engagement, and labor relations within the Quebec Supply Chain to foster a strong organizational culture.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office suite

What You’ll Actually Do
• Employee Programs: Manage, administer, and optimize employee recognition and engagement programs for the Quebec Supply Chain, including leading events and activities.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Manage and enhance the HR dashboard, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and produce analytical reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• HR Advisory & Support: Act as an HR advisor to managers in selected departments, supporting HR policy implementation and providing employee and labor relations support, including collective bargaining agreement interpretation.
• Administrative & Communication Support: Provide administrative support for disciplinary case management by drafting letters and maintaining records, and coordinate internal employee communications.
• Grievance & Absenteeism Management: Administer the grievance management process throughout its lifecycle, including maintaining databases and preparing for hearings, and support the absenteeism management program through data analysis.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level with core domain knowledge in Human Resources Management or Industrial Relations.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year as an HR professional, preferably in a manufacturing and unionized environment.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, excellent verbal and written communication skills, an analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities, and highly organized.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
