NetSuite Senior Manager | MorganFranklin Consulting

The Tone:
This is a consulting role within MorganFranklin Consulting’s Enterprise & Cloud Applications team, which handles implementations, optimizations, and maintenance of cloud investments for clients. The company works with Fortune 100 brands, growth companies, and mid-market firms to solve complex business challenges. This position is vital for leading NetSuite projects and client engagements, making a direct impact by improving technology investments and business processes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Leadership: Lead NetSuite related projects, including new implementations, enhancements, integrations, and ongoing support, serving as a primary liaison to clients.
• Solution Architecture: Perform in a leadership role as a functional expert and solution architect within the NetSuite Practice.
• Methodology Enhancement: Identify, design, and implement creative business solutions to continually improve the firm’s methodology and approach.
• Client Development: Manage client relationships, focusing on identifying and securing new business opportunities, and delivering presentations to client stakeholders.
• Team Mentorship & Compliance: Review team progress to ensure compliance with professional standards, educate internal and external audiences on NetSuite best practices, and actively participate in staff career development and technical training.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior Manager level within a consulting environment, possessing strong business skills in accounting, finance, or operations.
• Experience: 5+ years of direct NetSuite implementation, upgrade, and support experience, coupled with 8+ years of Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting experience. This includes full life-cycle implementation experience with Multi-book, Advanced Revenue Management, OpenAir, and Professional Services Automation.
• Skills: Proficiency with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, Integrations, and Reporting; experience with data conversions, interfaces/integrations, and customizations to NetSuite applications. Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, recommend envisioned processes, assess functional/technical gaps, define business benefits/costs, develop detailed work plans, and perform NetSuite application testing, including input to test plans, scenarios, and scripts. Requires ASC-606 (revenue recognition) experience.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, IT, or a related field; NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, Certified ERP Consultant, Multi-book, Advanced Revenue Management, or OpenAir); CPA, PMP, or MBA; and experience managing technical development by acting as a liaison between technical teams and the user community.
