What You’ll Actually Do
• Assurance Support: Assist with assigned assurance procedures, including audits, reviews, compilations, and agreed-upon procedures.
• Documentation Management: Reconcile workpapers to trial balance accounts and maintain neat, complete, and organized documentation.
• Conceptual Application: Learn and apply basic concepts of GAAP, GAAS, and other financial reporting frameworks.
• Testing and Analysis: Support the determination of testing scope, selection of samples, and application of an audit mindset.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of draft financial statements and help identify potential issues for discussion.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level professional currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Understanding of audit standards with the ability to adapt to changes, along with proficiency in learning and utilizing audit-related software and tools.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accurate mathematical and accounting skills.
